Many employers as well are becoming aware that the physical health of their employees directly impacts their bottom line.  A 2000 Gallup Poll, California's Worker's Compensation reports that claims for stress-related illnesses have reached $1 billion annually while costing U.S. businesses an estimated $300 billion every year through absenteeism, turnover, productivity and health insurance going through the roof.


Unfortunately, many of these programs fail to address employees' emotional well-being by providing techniques to reduce and manage stress. Nearly 80 percent of employees feel stress on the job, with almost half stating they need assistance to learn how to manage that stress. Studies show basic relaxation techniques designed to help employees manage and reduce stress result in improved health and can even prevent major medical conditions that are exacerbated by stress.


The Just Breathe Technique for Managing Stress Workshop will provide every participant with effective tools to manage stress and bring their mind and body back into balance quickly and easily.  You will learn proven techniques that when practiced will help you to let go of and manage stress in the moment which will alleviate stress before it has time to build up.


You will be guided through gentle exercises designed to teach you proven stress reduction techniques that you can use anytime, anywhere with anyone.

 

In our full day experiential workshop you will learn to:

  • clear limited breathing patterns that are causing you stress instantly
  • transform stress- any time, anywhere
  • identify limiting thought patterns
  • stay clear, focused and improve your concentration even while experiencing stress
  • discover the root of your stress
  • discover how powerful your thoughts are
  • identify the feelings creating the stress in your body and what to do about them
  • return yourself to a state of peace and be less stressed
