for Teens
Today’s teens have so much on their plate. Anxiety, depression, migraines, ADD/ADHD, back pain and eating disorders are a few of the symptoms of this stress. Often times this unrecognized stress leads to a build of energy in your body that can leave you with the above named physical symptoms. It can also interrupt your sleep patterns and disturb your concentration and leave you dragging your feet.
Today’s teens are being guided to prescription medications as a way to alleviate these symptoms without being informed of their innate healing abilities which can be activated by the proper use of their breath to naturally and effectively dissolve the root of the stress, not just mask the symptoms. Well over 1.5 million children are on some form of anti-depressant or psychiatric drug today. And the most dangerous part is that today’s teen and their parents are not being given all of the information necessary to make informed choices about how to be care for their physical, emotional, spiritual and mental health.

The Just Breathe Technique for Teens is a 10 hour program designed to help teens learn effective strategies and techniques for identifying and managing stress, relieving anxiety, excelling in school and lessen the effects of: depression, stomach aches, migraines, and insomnia.
The Just Breathe Technique for Teens workshop will teach you to:

Time: 10 hours
2 hours per week for 5 weeks
